Today, the electronic network for rental services "Ejar" concluded 12 digital integration agreements with a number of real estate platforms, under the auspices of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Real Estate Authority" Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and in the presence of His Excellency the Governor of the Digital Government Authority, Engineer Ahmed bin Muhammad. Al-Soyyan, at the headquarters of the Real Estate General Authority.
The agreements concluded between the rental network and platforms (Aqar, Simat, Real Estate Knowledge Network, Majzya, Wazi, Al Rasis, Nufout Al Tatweer, Hectare, Dallali, Asas, Aqariz, Atar Cloud) licensed by the General Real Estate Authority; To facilitate the journey of searching for a rental unit for beneficiaries, and registering electronic lease contracts through real estate platforms, as the head of the solutions sector at the National Housing Authority, Engineer Rayan bin Abdullah Al-Aql, represented the Authority in signing.
In turn, the CEO of the Real Estate General Authority, Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, confirmed that the authority is working through these qualitative partnerships with the private sector to activate its role in supervising the non-governmental real estate sector. To raise confidence and enhance its attractiveness, pointing out that this integration supports investors in the digital real estate solutions sector, and strengthens partnership with the private sector, in order to achieve the requirements of beneficiaries and increase their satisfaction, and to contribute to strengthening confidence in the rental supply.
For his part, Eng. Rayan Al-Aql stated that this integration will allow real estate platform clients, including real estate brokers, landlords, and tenants, in addition to real estate and rental units, to register contracts and know their status through the electronic link between Ejar and real estate platforms; With the aim of facilitating the practice of rental activities in the real estate sector, and opening new outlets to provide and display real estate services for the rental sector.
It is noteworthy that the General Real Estate Authority allows applications or websites to market real estate ads to obtain a license for electronic real estate platforms. To market real estate ads, through real estate services on the authority’s website: rega.gov.sa.
